Rebel Wine Bar – Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using rebelwinebar.com or visiting Rebel Wine Bar. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Age Requirement
Rebel Wine Bar is an establishment that serves alcohol. You must be 21 years of age or older to enter our premises, place a reservation, purchase from our website, or participate in any events, tastings, or wine club memberships. 3. Reservations

- Rebel Wine Bar reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any guest for any lawful reason, including but not limited to intoxication or disruptive behavior.
4. Private Events & Buyouts
Private event bookings, buyouts, and large party reservations are subject to a separate event agreement, deposit requirements, and cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking. These Terms apply in addition to any separate event contract.
5. Wine Club Membership
- Wine club memberships are voluntary, subscription-based programs.
- By enrolling, you authorize Rebel Wine Bar to charge your card on file on the schedule disclosed at sign-up.
- Memberships may be cancelled by contacting us prior to the next scheduled billing date. Cancellations received after the billing date will take effect the following cycle.
- Wine club shipments or pickups that go unclaimed beyond the pickup window stated at enrollment may be forfeited without refund.
- All wine sales are final. We do not accept returns on wine purchased through the club or in person unless the product is found to be corked or defective.
6. Events & Tastings
- Tickets purchased for wine tastings, dinners, or special events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Rebel Wine Bar.
- In the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event, at our discretion.
- Rebel Wine Bar reserves the right to modify event details, including dates, times, featured wines, and guest presenters, without prior notice.
- By attending an event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for use in our marketing and social media materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member.
7. Purchases & Payments
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout or at the point of sale.
- All sales of food and beverage consumed on premises are final.
- Retail wine or merchandise purchases may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion, within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.
- We are not responsible for pricing errors on our website and reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.
8. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Rebel Wine Bar is committed to the responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or unable to consume alcohol responsibly.
