Regarding Rebel Wine Bar Hosted Events

Booking and Payment:

To secure your spot in one of our classes or events, full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are final and non-refundable, except in the rare case of event cancellation by Rebel Wine Bar.

Cancellations and Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for missed classes or events. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In such cases, we offer the following options:

  • Transferable Gift Certificate: If you are unable to attend a class or event, we can issue a transferable gift certificate for the full value of your booking. This gift certificate can be used by you or someone else you designate for any of our future classes or events, subject to availability.
  • Credit for Future Booking: Alternatively, we can provide you with a credit for the full value of your booking, which can be applied towards a future class or event of your choice. The credit will be valid for 8 months from the date of issuance.
  • To request a transferable gift certificate or credit, please notify us at least 2 hours before the start of the class or event. Requests made after this time may not be honored.

Event Cancellation by Rebel Wine Bar:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class or event, we will notify all participants as soon as possible. You will have the option to either receive a full refund or apply the amount paid towards a future class or event.

Please note that our cancellation policy is firm, and exceptions will only be made in extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of our management team.

Regarding Privately Hosted Events

General Policies

  • Deposit required to book space.
  • Setup is recommended 1 hr before event
  • Space does not have projectors or TVs however we do have speakers for select music preference.
  • 50% Remaining balance paid at the day of the event

As stated on the PDFs, this is a semi-private space as we will have the back section private for your guests.

Privately Hosted Event Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. For private events, cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations within one week of the event date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

Please note that all attendees must be 21 years of age or older to participate in our events.
